Partial wing metacarpal and cranial beak from a RARE flying reptile! Metacarpal measures 5 1/2" long and beak is over 2" long. Both specimens have EXCELLENT life-like preservation. They are FULLY INFLATED and have fine detail! Pneumatic struts can be seen on the interior of the bone; plus, the beak shows the rarely preserved nutrient and sensory pits. Note: (These two specimens are not from the same individual pterosaur. The wing metacarpal has been professionally identified; however, the beak may be from an undescribed pteranodontid.) Super Rare!!
