HUGE highly polished sphere of stromatolite colonies. Sphere measures 7" in diameter and has a 22 1/2" circumference. Vertical, horizontal, and all possible cross-sections of these ancient algae-like colonies are distributed throughout the surface area. Specimen is completely solidified, very dense, and weighs 20 lbs. Spectacular detail and intense red color make this a truly outstanding exhibit or decorator fossil! Display stand included.
